Lovely Salon, all operators are friendly and knowledgeable. I have a few comments though. When i entered the salon, 5 minutes before my appointment time, I was not acknowledged by anyone. No greeting, no hello, do you have an appointment, nothing that would make me feel welcome. Almost 30 minutes went buy before the operator came to me and said she was 10 minutes behind and would be with me shortly. I was already waiting for 30 minutes at that time. Manicure and pedicure took 2 hours!? Only 1 manicure table. Way to long.This is the second time i have been in this salon and this happened the first time also. I thought to give them a second chance but wasn't happy. By the way, my mani/pedi and the technician was great !!
